Magnetic signs may or may not work for your organization so consider what events you have repeatedly that need to be advertised openly.  For example, have some large magnetic signs made for your firm and hang them on a flat square metal sign that sits in front of your facility near the road, on the sidewalk or possibly near your entrance up on the wall or doorway of your company.  Change out the sign every day or as needed for different sales, events or promotions.  Consider some of these ideas and how they may relate to your company.

Examples of alternating magnetic signs in different industries:

1. Restaurant – magnetic sign features specials of the day, rotating five days per week.
2. Hair Salon – Nail special today, Pedicure special today, Manicure special today, Hair Coloring Special 40% Off Today,
3. Book Store – All Fiction 20% Off Today, Science Magazines Marked Down 50%, Harry Potter paperbacks 25% Off, Any Language Course Manuals 40% On Thursdays
4. Clothing Store – Socks 2 Pairs for 1 Today, Women’s Hose Marked Down 45%, Men’s’ Belts 3 for 1 Special,
5. Automotive – Oil Change 20% Off Today, 29 Point Maintenance Check $ 29.99 Today Only, Batteries Close-Out Sale Today
6. Ice Cream Store – Different Flavor Of The Day, Different Sundae Of The Day, Different Dessert Of The Day, Coupled With Different Cookies/Brownies Daily
7. Cloth Store – Cottons 20% Every Monday, Jamaican Prints Two Yards For One Sale, Corduroys In 25 Colors at 40% Off, All Buttons And Notions Buy One, Get One 50% Off
8. Gas Station/Convenience Store – Your Choice of Snacks for 50 Cents with Fill-up; All Quarts of Oil 20% Off Today with Fill-up; Free 64 Ounce Drink with Fill-up Over $15.
9. Open/Closed Signs – alternate these as you need or automate them based upon your working schedule
10. Notice For Deliveries:  All delivery personnel must check in at the lobby first.
11. Receiving Department:  No one in the receiving department can sign your delivery ticket.  Please go to the receiving counter first.
