Invite one or two local credit unions to offer their services to your employees (i.e. low interest car loans, better checking rates (drafts), more financial services), all offered at no cost to the company other than access to your employees. Rules for accepting new members have been dramatically relaxed over the past few decades and it is easy for credit unions to accept members within their immediate radius. Search for credit unions in your zip code and interview them to compare their benefits. For example, line up used car loan rates alongside each other as well as checking account rates (known as drafts).
