The first thing to do before running advertisements is to test them out on employees for free. If your employees do not like your ads, the public probably does not either. Ask them questions; ask them to rate your ads from one to ten. Ask them if they understood the ad’s message? Ask them to describe an advertisement that they liked and the main reason why. Ask if the ad clearly states the benefits of buying your company’s products. Ask all levels of employees if they like it, what was it missing, how should it be changed if any, what parts did they like and which did they dislike and what was missing that should be discussed or stated in the advertisement.
