IDEA: Start a “Yes” campaign: State something affirmatively that your company does that others may not.

Sometimes emphasizing what you can do convinces people to try you. If they begin seeing your “Yes” statements and learn something new about your company every week, they are more likely to revisit and rethink your capabilities.  Start a simple “Yes we …” campaign but vary the statements and slogans each week or three or four times per month.  Display them on everything you mail, display and ship as well as having them handed out by your sales personnel.  Here are some examples.

  • Yes, we all have our own trucks for your convenience!
  • Yes, we have a ‘mark down’ bin ready for you to rumage through.
  • Yes, we have volume discounts!
  • Yes, we ship rail!
  • Yes, we export!
  • Yes, we deliver for you overnight!
  • Yes, we have a big sale going on!
  • Yes, we take your calls 24/7!
  • Yes, we have our own certified service techs!
  • Yes, we can take care of your drainage problems!
  • Yes, we can solve your ‘bug’ problem!
  • Yes, we love all coupons!
