Automatically have the assigned sales representative’s name, cell phone number, email address listed on the face of the invoice. You do not want the customer to call your office,then get transferred, then finally be told he is assigned to a sales representative who is not in the office. At that point you finally get a phone number to speak to the guy in charge of your account. Do not make the customer go through this. Give him a direct number to his assigned representative to call in order to make the contact easier.
