Take photographs of how NOT to make a product. Shoot clear pictures of botched products, paint finish errors, assembly errors, packaging mistakes and any other flaws that cause the production of your product to fail in when evaluated by Quality Control. When new trainees can see upfront what not to do and which products are not acceptable, they visually will learn how to control and improve better production. Clearly label all of these product failure examples and keep for training employees in the future. Have them displayed for instruction.
