List your personnel by their first and last names (2 listings) on your telephone list to make it more useable (many employees may only know their co-workers by their first name). Add functions to the listing for those who do not know who is in charge of Receiving, Shipping, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cafeteria, Retirement Funds, Credit References, Garnishments, Imports, Exports, Security, Payroll Bank, Lawn Service, Utilities, etc. Consider also adding the truck drivers’ cell phones so they can be reached out of the road.
