IDEA: Beef up your telephone list. Add first names, last names, primary services, and frequently used functions.
To make your company directly far more helpful, list your personnel by their first and last names (2 listings) on your telephone list to make it more useable (since many do not know their co-workers’ last names). Add functions to the listing for those who do not know who is in charge of Receiving, Shipping, Accounts Payable, Alarm System, Accounts Receivable, Lawncare and Landscaping, Cafeteria, Retirement Funds, Credit References, Garnishments, Imports, Exports, Security, Payroll Bank, Lawn Service, Legal, Mail Room, Utilities, etc.
