Negotiate with your office equipment dealers to service all their office machines located in your office on one service call. Have copiers, printers and other office equipment serviced all together. Negotiate your service contract to reduce the price when all are checked together. They should be very happy to lease that many machines all at once. In exchange, you should get a service price drop for arranging to service all of them at once (one trip, one guy, multiple machines means lower costs).
