Your firm has people coming to your firm every day wanting to inquire about job openings. If you do not have openings, always help the job seeker. Hand them a listing or handout they can take with them of the local or state unemployment offices (addresses, telephone numbers, website address) that feature job openings. Give them the names of local nearby companies that may be hiring for their type of experience. Help them out because this attribute of your company will create community goodwill over time. Always help someone looking for employment.
