IDEA: How many of your products have had a price increase over the past 12 months?

Line up all of your products and sort them by the date of the last price increase. How many have had none? Why? Unless you are in a very competitive market and you must make more money by cutting costs, you cannot survive going forward for long without price increases.  The problem with not passing any through to the customer is that they complain even more the next time you raise prices.  Look at your products, price increases, product sales mix (improving or diminishing).  Look at the products with no increases and begin discussing your plan to have increases and give adequate announcements to your customers who require a formal notice.

Is there anything we missed?
