Always print your inside sales person’s 24/7 telephone number on the face of your invoices sent to your customer.  You want the buyer to know if he loses a telephone number, he will always find it on your invoices listed alongside the name of his inside sales person.

If you are serious about increasing sales, make it easy then for your customer’s buyer to contact and buy from you at any time. Make this easy for the customer and he is less likely to want to go elsewhere.

If you want to be absolutely sure your buyer reaches someone, list a second number if necessary in case the first does not answer.
