IDEA: Review your P.O. terms/conditions as your firm grows and purchases change/vary.

As your company is growing, your buyers are purchasing lots of different new items that your purchase order terms may or may not adequately cover for liabilities or other legal problems. Have your company lawyer annually review the standard terms and conditions (language that is included with your purchase order  normally the following back pages of any company purchase order).
