Make it easy for your customers to reach you for new orders, placing service calls or just asking for product information. Give them a magnetic sticker that features your company name, service/products offered and a 24/7 telephone number when they need your products replenished, your service scheduled, etc. For example, they can place these magnets on the equipment you service if they wish. Hand them out after service calls or when orders are fulfilled. Send them with your invoices or statements or sales brochures. Hang some in a hanging box for the public outside your front door or in your lobby. Make sure your delivery drivers have boxes of them on the front seat of the cab to hand out at every scheduled stop. Of course, your sales personnel will be handing them out every day they are out in the field. Buy plenty.
