IDEA: Provide free manuals /guides to your sales reps to hand out to customers (written in understandable ‘laymans’ terms).
Provide your sales personnel with free manuals, guides and instructions to pass out to potential customers. Make sure they are written in layman’s terms and are read and questioned by numerous editing groups to catch errors, unclear language and what is missing or that which would be helpful (800 numbers for technical support, list of local service centers for onsite assistance, toll free numbers for customer service, etc.)
