Provide your sales personnel the ability to offer free advice to your company’s customers in the future after their purchase (i.e. tax personnel give your customer lists of things to do prior to yearend to cut taxes, CPA firm may comment on high cost of utilities versus comparable costs of its other clients, bank loan officers may provide customer contacts among its clients, an engineering firm may notice potential cost cutting measures when contracted to do a different job, etc.)
