IDEA: Give your sales reps plenty of helpful FAQs to give out to all new customers.

Provide your sales people comprehensive lists of FAQs (frequently asked questions and answers) submitted by other potential customers to give out daily.  As a company, make sure your marketing people provide a clear concise answer to all of the questions to assure the potential customer of concerns he or she may have also.  Encourage all questions to be covered about the company’s products, proper and improper use of those products and all the covered warranties involved.
