IDEA: Ask customers what is wrong so you can fix it, make them happy so they will buy more.
If you can get your customers to complain, you still have a chance to keep them! Encourage them to discuss their purchase with your company and what they do not like or not pleased with. Leave comment cards in their packaging and on large purchases, the salesman needs to make a followup call to see all is well. Talk to your customers and get them to complain or voice their opinions. If you can do this, you have a chance to satisfy them.
