Put up a bulletin board in your plant where all your employees can see (near the break or lunch room maybe).  Ask for advertisements, sales, clearance offers, coupons and other cost savings from your local nearby vendors to post on the bulletin board free of charge. These savings from local businesses will boost benefits offered to your employee at no employer cost.

Examples: Buffet coupons for breakfast lunch, discounts on car repair with free closeby pickup and drop off for employees of your company, discounts on local goods and services, insurance agent discounts, dry cleaner discounts, etc.
