Provide your sales personnel with a list of impressive company patents, copyrights, associations, industry awards, certifications or pertinent sponsors that provide support for your firm’s capabilities, all to be handed to potential customers. Show them you know what you are doing. You must demonstrate you know what you are doing and do not hesitate showing them examples of your abilities and past projects, products you make or services you can provide when required.
