If you really want customers to call you, give them your telephone number…. everywhere they look. It should be on your front door, especially for times when customers may arrive after hours. Put it on every vehicle you have because it is free advertising. Place it right under what you tell the customer you offer on all of your vehicles. You might considering a 24/7 telephone answering service to convey messages to sales and production people after hours if an emergency comes up. The potential customer wil be happier if he can at least speak with a live person and leave a message that will be returned. Offer to speak with the customer any time of the day. It will cost money but it will allow the customer to leave messages, arrange appointments and get through to a person (even though your offices may be closed).
