IDEA: Talk to customers after the sale. Get feedback. Ask them if they are happy?

Follow up after the job you complete for your customer. Call and ask “How are we doing? Are you happy with the result?  Did you get everything you ordered?  Was there any problems with the shipment?  What could we do next time that would improve the service?”    Have someone politely touch base with customers to ensure their shipment/service went well; your customer will appreciate this!
