After you have quoted jobs to customers, make certain to check incoming purchase orders to ensure the pricing is correct. Of course you will speak up when their price is lower than you quoted, but also, speak up when the price on their purchase order is too high. The buyer will appreciate your call but also will remember you as a client the next time he goes out for bid.   Everyone actually wants to deal with someone who demonstrates honesty.
