Try a new cost savings idea or good suggestion from the company suggestion box provide to employees, vendors and visitors. You are not picky where great ideas come from. Your participants are more likely to yield further suggestions when they notice the good ones are considered and tried out within the company. Some suggestions will work and some will not. Do not hesitate to find out which make money. The key thing is to try them out and see which suggestions work and which do not.
