If you win everything you bid, you are most likely making big quoting mistakes. Your bids are too low, someone is stealing from the company (bidding low and being paid by 3rd party vendors), or you do not have adequate market knowledge and could be making much more money bidding differently. Unless they are huge margins, you are wasting time on worthless work when winning 10-15% of higher margin work will yield a much greater return for your company by bidding higher and making a greater profit. If you are winning a very very high percentage, raise your bid prices. You need to know where the market ceiling is located. You are not informed about the market and are throwing money away when you win everything you bid.
