List out five to ten targeted companies your firm wants to service. Post these companies for all of your employees to see and ask them, “Who do you know at these firms?” It may be their neighbors, their relatives or their close friends who have acquaintances who work at this targeted company. In many cases, you might ask them to find out who the decision makers are within the firm. Remember that employees do not know that they hold great leads in their memory; they just do not know it. Remind them.
