Your lawn-care people know a lot about your buildings and the activities sometimes that occur outside your business. Ask them to notice while they are on your property any of the following things they might witness while working. Ask if they know about or noticed any drainage or underground pipe problems, evidence of break-ins outside of your building, any noticeable fence damage, perimeter disturbances, vagrants or evidence of vagrants, suspicious vehicles outside your facilities, stolen company materials or products, beginning slab or foundation problems, cracks, brick or mortar breaks, infestation and rodent or termite problems, suspect objects or trash strewn in the yard or along the ditches and embankments.
