IDEA: Ask your customers’ buyers what they want to buy that you do not sell, at least not for now.

Assign your all sales people to constantly ask their customers’ buyers what they wish your firm sold. He may have said so in the past but markets change. What products or services does he have problems finding?  What do customers ask for frequently.  Ask what items are popular now.  Ask what do they complain about concerning your products.  Do they want different flavors, different colors, nicer finish, better instructions, larger size, support for help with installation or operation, etc.
